Millennium Healthcare was founded in 1998 by Dr. Susan Kolb. Millennium Healthcare is different than other holistic centers in that it encompasses the entire range of medicine from surgery to spiritual healing. Many of our practitioners have been practicing holistic medicine for over a decade and draw upon their holistic knowledge and experience to compliment their expertise in western traditional medicine. But unlike many other holistic practitioners, they have a firm understanding of the benefits of traditional medicine and are licensed to use it when appropriate.

Traditional medicine and surgery work very well for acute injury and disease. As trauma surgeons, we use surgery, drugs and diagnostic testing every day, but as students of spiritual medicine and intuitive diagnosis we realize that by helping our patients address their spiritual, mental and emotional issues, they not only recover much more quickly, but may avoid further injury and disease.

A common scenario for a work related injury occurs when the person knows in their heart that they need to change jobs, but delay in finding a different job for some reason; usually fear of loss of income. A work related injury takes them off the job, but creates another set of problems.

Conflict and stress, not handled properly, can show up as injury and disease. At Millennium Healthcare, we not only understand this but can also help teach patients to resolve conflict and stress before it shows up as accident or illness.
